Sushant Singh Rajput's Family Files A Complaint Against AIIMS Doctor For Allegedly Leaking SSR’s Forensic Reports
It was recently that All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) ruled out murder theory in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case and alleged that he died by suicide. Reportedly, the medical institute even confirmed that they did not find any traces of poison in Sushant’s mortal remains. However, the family is not very pleased with the latest development and have filed a complaint against AIIMS doctors for alleging leaking Sushant’s forensic analysis report, as reported by Deccan Chronicle. The portal further reported that the complaint mentioned the professional misconduct on the part of the doctor. The evidence led to bias and boastful conclusion which was not sufficient enough, says the report.

The lawyer, Varun Singh has also asked for a fresh panel of AIIMS doctors who can conduct an assessment into Sushant’s death. “Despite asking for a copy of the report, there has been no response. The head of the forensic team was not submitting a post-mortem report but was only expressing opinion on the findings of Cooper Hospital, which conducted the autopsy,” Mr Singh’s complaint application stated. However, the Central Bureau of Investigation is still probing the abetment to suicide angle as the particular charge was mentioned in the FIR which was filed against Rhea Chakraborty.

Meanwhile, Vikas Singh has requested for a fresh team of forensic experts to investigate the autopsy report. The news agency ANI quoted the lawyer saying, "Written to CBI Director to constitute a fresh forensic team to look into reports prepared by Cooper Hospital and & to give an opinion as to whether the opinion by Cooper Hospital can be sustained or not or whether the death can be said by hanging or to be said by murder or strangulation."
